Stay Home Improvements is a family-owned business based in Whatcom County, led by husband-and-wife team Hilary Walker and Tyson geBauer.

We believe that with the right planning and thoughtful modifications, you can continue to thrive in the comfort of your own home or community — places filled with memories and meaning.
Hilary Walker, OTL
Hilary is a licensed Occupational Therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping people maintain independence and quality of life at every stage. She has worked in home health, acute care, and as the lead of PeaceHealth’s Advance Care Planning program. A passionate patient advocate, Hilary ensures that clients feel heard, valued, and actively involved in planning for their future.
Tyson geBauer, Licensed Contractor
Tyson brings over 30 years of experience in homebuilding and remodeling. As a builder and general contractor, he has worked on everything from high-end homes to green, energy-efficient projects. Tyson’s deep knowledge of construction, along with his trusted network of electricians, plumbers, carpenters, masons, and other skilled tradespeople, ensures that every project is completed with craftsmanship and care.
